This kit is only for use with trucks that came factory with 22" wheels. The wheel hub size is different between the 20" wheel knuckle and the 22" wheel knuckle.
Note: Not for use with factory air ride-equipped Ram trucks or EcoDiesel Motors. Cannot use 18" wheels with this application.

2019-2023 Ram 1500 6" lift kit with Factory 22" Wheels with Big Bore Knuckle
ReadyLIFT offers a 6 inch lift kit for 5th gen 2019-2023 Ram 1500 trucks that came factory with 22 inch wheels! The all-new 44-19610 6" lift kit is a great option for 5th gen Ram 1500 owners who want a great riding tall stance capable of accepting 37" tall tires.
The 44-19610 lift kit includes many great features like rear Falcon 1.1 Mototube shocks, dual-rate rear coil springs and rear control arm brackets which combine to better capture small bump sensitivity and mid-stroke support. Laser-cut heavy-duty steel front cross members and differential drops retain factory geometry while providing proper differential rotation to ensure there is no driveline vibration when in 4WD or Auto-4HI. This all-new Ram 1500 6" lift kit adopts all the important elements of a premium lift kit to ensure the truck rides and drives remarkably. Rear track bar bracket, Falcon 1.1 Mototube rear shocks, longer rear sway bar end links, heavy-duty cast iron knuckles, and even new thick steel skid plates are just a few of the ingredients contributing to an amazing driving experience on up to 37x12.50 tall tires on 9" wide wheels with 0 offset. Note: This kit is for the RAM 1500 with factory 22" wheels and no air ride. Kit requires a larger bore knuckle assembly due to larger wheel bearing assembly. If installing this kit any Off-Road Group Package equipped truck, ReadyLIFT recommends foregoing the front preload spacer installation - the lifted vehicle will sit about 1/2" front high with the preload spacer installed or 3/8" low without the preload spacer. This kit is NOT compatible with (1) adjustable "air ride" suspension equipped models, (2) diesel engine applications, or (3) Ram TRX.

Tire Size Note: ReadyLIFT wheel and tire fitment recommendations are typically based on Wheel Pros wheels and Nitto tires. Due to product differences among tire manufacturers, tire specifications and dimensions including, but limited to, overall diameter, rolling diameter, tread width, aspect ratio, lug pattern, sidewall construction and inflation pressure, will vary meaningfully by tire and wheel manufacturer. Every tire and wheel combination should be test fit prior to installation. Consult your local installer to learn more about the right tire fitment for your application.
Ride Quality Note: When lifting a vehicle and installing aftermarket wheels and tires, a tire manufacturer's construction and material quality can alter vehicle ride quality. When increasing a vehicle wheel and tire size, most larger aftermarket truck and SUV tires are 10-ply (or more) E tires compared to typical OEM 6-ply C tires. This more rigid sidewall construction increases the perception of suspension stiffness often described as ride harshness. The ride, handling, traction, noise, fuel economy, and wear differences between All-Season, All-Terrain, Mud-Terrain, or Trail-Terrain type tires can be significant. Please take into account tire and wheel choice will generally have a meaningful impact on the ride & handling experience.

INSTALLATION ADVANCED DRIVER ASSISTANCE SYSTEMS (ADAS) NOTE: If your vehicle is equipped with active or passive safety/collision monitoring and/or assistance/avoidance systems including, but not limited to, camera- or radar/sonar-based systems, check and adjust your vehicle’s systems for proper aim and function after product installation. In some instances, your vehicle may require OEM dealer service tools and factory-trained technicians to re-calibrate ADAS. You may incur additional costs to adjust ADAS systems.
